The Experience

All you there is for you to do is listen.

Sound therapy is designed to be accessible, especially for those who find traditional stillness a challenge.

By using the frequencies of gongs, singing bowls, and chimes, the aim is to create a space where the nervous system can move away from the 'hustle' of daily life and into a state of presence.

As you settle into the sounds, many people find their busy 'waking' thoughts begin to quieten. It is a dedicated time for you to simply be, allowing the melodic waves to guide you toward your own sense of rest.

What People Often Share

While everyone’s journey with sound is unique, participants often describe feeling a sense of:

Deep Physical Rest: A chance to let the body feel heavy and supported

Mental Clarity: A 'reset' for a busy or overwhelmed mind.

Emotional Calm: Leaving the session feeling more balanced and 'held'.

Preparing for Your Session

There will be yoga mats laid out for you. If you have your own, you are most welcome to lay it over ours for extra cushioning. To make the most of the experience, please bring a blanket, a cushion, and anything else that helps you feel completely comfortable.
